Our Story
Trivium Real Estate Advisors was established as the brokerage and advisory arm of Trivium Group USA, a Dallas-headquartered real estate and construction holding company founded by Naga Kishore Vankayala.
The vision was simple: combine the transactional capability of a full-service brokerage with the market intelligence of a CRE advisory firm under one roof in one of the most dynamic markets in the country.
Operating from Dallas, our advisors bring firsthand knowledge of the luxury corridors of Southlake and Westlake, the high-growth communities of Frisco, McKinney, and Prosper, and the commercial submarkets of Uptown Dallas, the Tollway corridor, and beyond.
